Where do you deliver to?
We are able to deliver trees to most locations in the contiguous United States. We can also deliver to some areas of Alaska.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to Canada.
Customers in North America can also order trees for delivery to friends and relatives in the UK (and vice versa) without incurring international delivery charges. See our UK fruit tree website for more details.
Delivery charges are calculated automatically and shown on the basket and checkout pages. We do not have a minimum order value.
Deliveries to California are subject to a small additional charge for phytosanitary inspection.
We can deliver to parts of Alaska but please contact us for a specific delivery quotation.
Can I order trees for delivery to different delivery addresses or countries on the same order?
No - but you can create a separate order for each delivery address.
Delivery periods - when will my order be delivered?
Our main deliveries start in March or April depending on weather conditions.
Whilst you can place your order at any time, fruit trees are a natural product and there are some limitations on when they can be delivered. During the checkout process you will have the opportunity to request a specific delivery month and we will do our best to comply but we cannot guarantee delivery on or by a specific date - we have to take local weather conditions and the growth rates of trees into consideration as well.

If you are in USDA Zone 6 or above we may be able to ship to you in November for fall planting, but this also depends on stock availability at our nursery. Please note that young fruit trees cannot tolerate negative double-digit temperatures during November before they have entered full dormancy, so if this is a possibility for your location it will be better to plant in spring.
When do I pay for my order?
We accept orders all year-round but we can only deliver in the delivery periods described above. When you place an order the stock is normally reserved for you within a few days, but depending on the time of year when you place your order we may not request payment immediately. In general for orders placed during fall and winter, we will ask you to pay straightaway at the time of order. If you place an order over the summer, we will take the order but you won't need to pay immediately. We will then send you an email notification nearer the time asking you for payment.
